Travel Insurance is important to those traveling abroad as well as those domestic travels within the country. Health care and most famous health insurance plans do not offer the required protection while someone is overseas in a different country. Many HMO plans will only offer coverage within the country boundaries.

Travel Insurance plans can be broadly described as those that include cancellation of trips, benefits and those which don’t include in that trip cancellation benefits. Both types give coverage for medical bills if you fall sick or get injured.
